We place great importance on durable products, careful development, and a responsible use of resources. Every item in our webshop is thoroughly tested and continuously improved at our site in Kempen, Germany – so you can enjoy it for a long time.

If a product does not fully meet your expectations, of course that’s no problem. Below you will find all important information about returns and repairs – transparent, simple, and customer-friendly.


Return an item – quick & easy

If an ordered item turns out not to be the right choice for you, you may of course make use of your statutory right of withdrawal. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods – without giving any reason.

Tip: Many returns can be avoided if questions are clarified in advance. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you – before or after your purchase.

How the return process works

After registering your return (you only need your order number and your email address or postal code), you can easily create a DHL return label.

  • ✔ Download as a PDF or receive it by email
  • ✔ QR code for drop-off at a DHL parcel shop
  • ✔ No printer required

Use the DHL Shopfinder to quickly find the nearest parcel shop.

As soon as your return has arrived at our facility and has been inspected (usually on the same day), we will refund the full purchase price using the original payment method.


Defective item? Register a repair or replacement

If a defect occurs within the statutory warranty period of 2 years, you can conveniently register your device via our repair portal.

The process is handled by our certified service partner: SLI24

What do I need to register a repair?

To register your repair, you only need the invoice as a PDF. It contains all relevant information such as the model designation and purchase date.

During the registration process, please provide:

  • ✔ the model designation from the invoice
  • “Profi Electro/ETV GmbH” as the retailer
  • ✔ the invoice date
  • ✔ the invoice as a PDF

The invoice is automatically sent to you by email on the day your order is shipped. If you can no longer find it, please contact us – we will be happy to send you a copy as quickly as possible.
