Returns

Should you not like an item ordered from our webshop or be dissatisfied for any other reason, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

For defective items within the 2-year warranty period, please register your return here.

For cancellations within the 14-day return period, please register your return here.

Once your return request has been approved, you can generate your return label at DHL, which will then be sent to you by email.

The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return, using the original payment method.

Please note that due to hygiene and health protection measures, some items from our product range cannot be returned once the seal on the outer packaging has been broken after receipt of the goods. If you purchase a hygiene product from us, you will find a corresponding note on the respective product page. Thank you for your understanding.
