Shipping

Basically, we offer two different shipping methods:

Parcel shipping:

Shipping is safe and fast with our shipping partner DHL (for devices up to 31.5kg).

All orders are processed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to DHL after receipt of payment.

DHL delivers packages within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive your tracking number from us via email.

The shipping costs (€6.90 including VAT) will be displayed in the shopping cart when you complete your order.

Please note that in individual cases there may be delays in delivery.

Shipping by freight forwarder:

Shipping is safe and fast with our shipping partner Inntralog (freight forwarding for devices over 31.5kg).

All orders are processed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our shipping partner after receipt of payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, our shipping partner will contact you by phone to coordinate a delivery date. Please ensure that you are reachable by phone.

The shipping costs (€49.90 including VAT) will be displayed in your shopping cart when you complete your order.

Please note that we currently only ship within Germany.
