Depending on the item, we offer you various convenient shipping options:
Parcel Shipping
We reliably ship spare parts and household appliances suitable for parcel delivery with our shipping partner DHL (up to a weight of 31.5 kg).
Your order will be processed promptly after receipt of payment and handed over to DHL.
Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days. For deliveries to Austria, the delivery time may vary slightly due to international shipping.
As soon as your shipment is on its way, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
For shipping spare parts within Germany, we charge €6.90 including VAT. Shipping of household appliances suitable for parcel delivery within Germany is generally free of charge.
For deliveries to Austria, shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process based on the total weight of your order and displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.
Please note that delivery delays may occur in exceptional cases.
Freight Shipping (Large Household Appliances)
Larger household appliances (over 31.5 kg) are delivered safely by freight carrier with our shipping partner Inntralog.
Delivery is conveniently made to your desired installation location (e.g. kitchen or basement).
After your order has been handed over to the freight carrier, they will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after receipt of the order. Please make sure that you can be reached by phone.
Shipping of our household appliances is free of charge within Germany.
We currently deliver within Germany and to Austria. For deliveries to Austria, shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process based on the total weight of your order and displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.
