Shipping
Depending on the product, we offer different convenient shipping options:
Parcel Shipping (Spare Parts & Smaller Items)
Spare parts and smaller items are shipped reliably via our shipping partner DHL (for items weighing up to 31.5 kg).
Your order will be processed promptly after payment is received and handed over to DHL.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping costs for spare parts are €6.90 incl. VAT. The shipping costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.
Please note that in exceptional cases delivery delays may occur.
Freight Shipping (Household Appliances)
Larger household appliances (over 31.5 kg) are delivered safely by freight via our logistics partner Inntralog.
Delivery is made conveniently to your preferred location (e.g. kitchen or basement).
After your order has been handed over to the freight carrier, they will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date. Delivery usually takes place within 4–7 business days after order receipt. Please make sure you are available by phone.
Shipping of our household appliances is free of charge.
At present, we only deliver within Germany.
