Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Elektro-technische Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH; c/o Clatronic Returns Warehouse, Girmespark 3, 47929 Grefrath, Germany, info@profi-electro.de, Phone: +49 2152 2006-0, Fax: +49 2152 2006-1999) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall return the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract, to us or to Elektro-technische Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH; c/o Clatronic Returns Warehouse (Girmespark 3, 47929 Grefrath, Germany). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Return Labels

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return shipment within Germany. Please log in to your customer account and print the return label. We will provide you with a link to the return label for this purpose. You can drop off the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
